In all of life, and in co-occurring disorder treatment, it is easy to have expectations that are unrealisticly high or too low. Unmet expectations can lead to frustration. The way we set our minds, our attitudes and our disposition will determine our satisfaction along the way. It is important to set reasonable expectations.
