Navigating the Pain of Grief and Loss (MH Lesson)
Grief is a process and an emotional journey of learning to cope with loss. People often go through a predictable cycle and typical stages, although the stages are not always processed in order and can be revisited several times. Grief can last a long time, but the grieving process allows us to let go and continue moving on in a healthy way. In this lesson we will consider the stages of grief and offer ways to navigate the process.
